Evan D. O’Brien, M.D.
Dr. O’Brien is a board-certified surgeon specializing in the complete and comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of the spine from diagnosis through recovery.
Areas of specialty include degenerative conditions of the spine, spinal deformity, spine trauma, tumors and infection of the spine in all age groups.
Dr. O’Brien is double board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Board of Spine Surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his post-doctoral training in general surgery, orthopaedic surgery and spine surgery. He is a member of many professional medical societies. He has published multiple articles in the area of endoscopic spinal surgery, edited an educational spinal surgery primer, and presented his research findings at meetings across the country.
